We are fizzing with anticipation and excitement for the next stage of our own journey…Is it time to start the next chapter in yours?As a Reservations Agent, you will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality, you will be able to engage with guests as one of the first contacts they have with the hotel and are responsible for ensuring that all guest’s expectations are exceeded, and their pre-arrival experience is first class and memorable.You’ll have previous experience in a front of house or reservations role for at least a year and be competent using property management systems, ideally Opera, with a great knowledge of booking systems & sales and reservations processes. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and possess a good aptitude for attention to detail.You will be responsible for:

  • Answering telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Booking and entering room and restaurant reservation requests using the relevant systems
  • Maximising revenues by up-selling guest rooms and hotel facilities
  • Handling multiple requests at any one time while maintaining composure
  • Working cohesively as part of a team and liaise with other key departments to perfect the guests experience with us.
