As a RCA you will
- Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
- Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
- Answer call lights and assist STNAs and Nurses on each unit with resident needs
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family
- Transport residents to activities and church services
- Assist Nursing Department with meal services for breakfast and lunch
We are currently looking for RCA (Resident Care Assistant) to join our team! To qualify you need a:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of caregiving experience preferred
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
- Must enjoy working as part of a team
