With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.About the Role:As a Resident and Community Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering positive relationships between residents, stakeholders, and the wider community.You will be responsible for:
- Resident Engagement: Actively listening to and addressing the needs and concerns of residents, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Community Outreach: Building strong partnerships with local organizations, charities, and authorities to create vibrant and inclusive neighborhoods.
- Safeguarding: Efficiently handling and resolving complaints, compliments, and safeguarding concerns, while identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Communication & Administration: Effectively communicating with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and managing your time efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in the housing sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Experience working in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Knowledge of community engagement principles and practices (preferred)
