Residential Property Solicitor – Opportunity with a Leading Legal 500 Firm – LeicestershireAre you a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE seeking a new opportunity? A well-respected Legal 500 firm, is looking for a dedicated solicitor to join their Residential Property team as a Team Leader.The Role:As a Tead Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and support a small team of fee earners
- Handling various residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
- Advising clients on residential property law matters
- Conducting title reviews and preparing legal documentation
- Collaborating with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years PQE in Residential Property Law
