This stunning restaurant is a destination in its own right and operates a completely fresh kitchen, using only the finest of locally sourced produce which change with the seasons. Our client is looking for this restaurant to be an experience to guests and is therefore looking for a professional manager who will be the face and the driving force behind this operation.The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced, charismatic and passionate Restaurant Manager for this stunning restaurant operation. The role requires an experienced individual who appreciates the importance of excellent customer service, and can lead and motivate a dedicated team of loyal staff.A passion for working with fresh and locally sourced ingredients is essential. As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing the restaurant and staff to enable the efficient, profitable and well prepared service of food and beverages through out the day.
