  • Standard Hourly rate: £11.78
  • Bonus scheme of up to £330 per month

Orridge is one of the leading stocktaking providers to Retail, Supply Chain and Pharmacy. We are looking for a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor to add to our already successful team. The successful candidate will manage a small team of stocktakers on client’s premises whilst completing a stocktake. You will ensure client stocktakes are completed in a timely and professional manner using a handheld scanner. No prior stocktake experience is required, as full training will be provided.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues providing supervisory leadership, guidance, training and support
  • Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are briefed to your team and adhered to.
  • To run a stocktake using our bespoke stocktaking system
  • Liaise with the Client throughout the stocktake
  • Follow client specific procedures
  • Ensure all Clients specific service level agreements are met
  • Provide training and mentor new stocktakers
  • Assist with any queries stocktakers may have in relation to the stocktake
  • Ensure all productivity and accuracy targets are met
  • Ensure all electronic count data and supporting information is accurate and delivered on time
  • To identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Previous Supervisor experience
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines, to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Flexible
  • Full driving license

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Manual Handling activities such as, but not limited to; pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying will be required during this role.
  • This role requires travel to different locations across the region
