- Standard Hourly rate: £11.78
- Bonus scheme of up to £330 per month
Orridge is one of the leading stocktaking providers to Retail, Supply Chain and Pharmacy. We are looking for a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor to add to our already successful team. The successful candidate will manage a small team of stocktakers on client’s premises whilst completing a stocktake. You will ensure client stocktakes are completed in a timely and professional manner using a handheld scanner. No prior stocktake experience is required, as full training will be provided.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues providing supervisory leadership, guidance, training and support
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are briefed to your team and adhered to.
- To run a stocktake using our bespoke stocktaking system
- Liaise with the Client throughout the stocktake
- Follow client specific procedures
- Ensure all Clients specific service level agreements are met
- Provide training and mentor new stocktakers
- Assist with any queries stocktakers may have in relation to the stocktake
- Ensure all productivity and accuracy targets are met
- Ensure all electronic count data and supporting information is accurate and delivered on time
- To identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Previous Supervisor experience
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Flexible
- Full driving license
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Manual Handling activities such as, but not limited to; pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying will be required during this role.
- This role requires travel to different locations across the region
