UNDP invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of provision of the requirements described below. The purpose of the REOI is to identify suppliers that wish to participate in a forthcoming solicitation process.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal.
In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in UNDP website: <a target="_blank" href="https://www.UNDP.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders” rel=”noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer”>https://www.UNDP.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines, under the EU–Philippines Green Economy Partnership – Green LGUs Project, is conducting a non-binding Expression of Interest to assess the capacity and availability of qualified firms for the proposed retrofitting and equipping of the Central Kitchen at the Barangay Bagong Silangan Evacuation Center in Quezon City.
The anticipated requirement involves the implementation of the approved kitchen layout, minor fit-out and utility works, supply and installation of commercial kitchen tools and equipment, stainless-steel fabrication, electrical and plumbing connections, ventilation and exhaust works, LPG system integration, testing, commissioning, warranty, and after-sales support.
Through this market-sounding exercise, UNDP seeks to identify potential suppliers, contractors, system integrators, joint ventures, and specialist service providers capable of undertaking the complete requirement or selected components. The information received will support the refinement of the Draft Terms of Reference, qualification requirements, procurement packaging, implementation period, and future solicitation strategy.
