We are looking for Revenue Management Executives, known internally as ‘Trading Executives’ who get a buzz out of spotting patterns and love working with data to ensure a proactive approach to problem-solving and are commercially driven. You will have accountability for the revenue management of your own range of destinations, striving to optimise sales and profitability ensuring the right price is available to our customers at the right time.

We will ensure that you have first-class training & a support network of colleagues in place to help you succeed in the role. You’ll work through a development framework to support your long-term career goals, with progression opportunities available. The role is based in Luton, but at TUI we believe work is something you do not somewhere you go. Therefore we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements for this role and the successful candidate will work a blend of office and home-working. The opening salary offered will be £30,250 pa + trading incentive scheme and many other benefits.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Analysing data & reports to identify trends and opportunities in your destinations
  • Making informed pricing suggestions to senior colleagues
  • Collaboration & communication with key stakeholders in the team & around the business, to review sales activities and help resolve business or customer issues
  • Reviewing non-pricing factors that impact the sale trends and the performance of your resort areas
  • Involvement in trading projects, ad-hoc tasks and process improvements that will impact the profitability and success of the business
  • Keeping a close eye on the latest market trends and checking out competitor pricing activities

  • Confident and able to work under pressure
  • Seeks to understand others’ perspectives
  • Proficient user of the MS office suite, especially Excel
