Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Revit Technician to join their dynamic team.Role Overview:As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. You will work closely with engineers and designers to produce high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP building services projects.
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of building services.
- Assist in clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar software.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Support junior technicians and provide mentorship where required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Revit Technician within the building services sector.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is essential.
- Strong understanding of building services engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with BIM methodologies and standards.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
