Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Revit Technician to join their dynamic team.Role Overview:As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. You will work closely with engineers and designers to produce high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP building services projects.
  • Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of building services.
  • Assist in clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar software.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Support junior technicians and provide mentorship where required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Revit Technician within the building services sector.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is essential.
  • Strong understanding of building services engineering, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience with BIM methodologies and standards.
  • Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
