Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.Reward Analyst (6 month FTC)London or Reigate (Hybrid – 50% minimum office based)We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in data mining and data analysis, to join our HR team as a Reward Analyst for a 6 month FTC. In this role, you will offer technical and functional expertise for Reward and external data, providing key stakeholders with MI and analytics to ensure the business is properly informed to achieve our objectives and effective decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesRun the annual compensation review and the quarterly bonus schemes within Workday. Review any changes to compensation schemes in order to adjust the advanced compensation module calculation’s within WorkdayLiaise with HRBPs and Workday Support to ensure data affecting employees Annual merit and Bonus calculations within Workday is correctProvide Finance with a monthly bonus model and compensation reportsAdminister the company SAYE schemesGather employee data and compensation data of relevant employeesCalculate the Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap statistics to be publishedGather data and Calculate statistics for Director Remuneration ReportWorking closely with the HRBPs, collate relevant benchmark codes for all roles across the business and submit to benchmark surveys along with all other business and remuneration data as required.Transfer of data between HR Systems, requiring an understanding of payroll processes and the external benefits platform.Skills and Experience:Experience of data mining, analysis, and management reporting.
