£40,000 – £50,000 per annum + Car Allowance & Bonuses/BenefitsAre you an experienced Roofing Surveyor looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a skilled professional to carry out detailed roof surveys, assess structural integrity, and provide expert recommendations for residential and commercial properties.The Role:
Conduct comprehensive roof surveys, identifying defects, wear, and necessary repairs.
Provide detailed reports, assessments, and quotations for remedial work.
Ensure all surveys and recommendations comply with building regulations and industry standards.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth project delivery.
Stay up to date with the latest roofing materials, regulations, and best practices.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in roof surveying within residential or commercial sectors.
Strong knowledge of roofing structures, materials, and installation methods.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).What’s on Offer?
