We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, well organised Rota Co-ordinator to join the Surgery Division.This is an exciting role within a large division working with a great team!You will manage the medical rota for the Division and will be the first point of contact for all rota queries including leave / sickness management. The role is supported by the senior clinical and divisional management team. You will be a team player, self-motivated, hardworking and committed to providing an excellent service.In addition, you will be required to work flexibly with the divisional administration team to ensure that the administration workload is covered effectively.You should have a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise and work with minimal supervision.You should be able to demonstrate experience of working in an administrative environment. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is also required.We reserve the right to close the job advert as soon as sufficient applications have been received.Main duties of the jobTo act as the co-ordinator for the Division for the provision of cover for annual, study and sick leave for medical staff.To provide administrative support to the Divisional Director / Clinical Leads / Divisional Management team in managing medical staffing.To provide accurate and timely information related to medical staff management including detail of agency / bank requirements and spend.To provide other general administrative support for the Division as and when required.About usThere’s never been a more exciting time to join TeamQEH.
