Job description
We are seeking a proficient S4/Hana Project Manager with a strong background in Technology & Retail to lead our Technology department in Bristol.
- Overseeing the ERP Scoping project ahead of the S4/HANA upgrade in 2026
- Coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with company goals
- Managing project risk, including mitigation plans
- Manage the RFP process
- Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the project team and business silo’s
- Ensuring project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
- Reviewing project performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting the development and training of project team members
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of S4/Hana
Long term opportunity following project scoping (9 months)Ability to work with a full end to end projectA successful S4/Hana Project Manager should have:
- A robust understanding of S4/Hana and its applications within the Retail industry
- Proven experience managing successful projects within a Technology department
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
