We are looking for Salaried GPs to join our surgery and make a real difference to the local community. Join us on our journey to improvement. Merchiston Surgery has circa 14,000 patients supported by a well-established partnership.The successful candidate will benefit from a ‘shared learning’ environment and dedicated admin time. We have reduced our on the day triage by developing new ways of working.We are able to offer Tier 2 sponsorship.We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated salaried GPs to fill up to 4 sessions, joining a strong management team, putting excellence & safe patient care at the heart of everything we do. Until the 1950s, Stratton was a small farming community and it still retains its separate identity, despite now being a suburb of Swindon.
