We pride ourselves in putting our people and customers at the heart of everything we do – and best of all, provide opportunities to develop skills and build careers through our award-winning Wolseley Talent Guild.As a Sales Advisor based at our Plumb Centre in Southend you’ll be responsible for:Serving our valued customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products.Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service.General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising.And here’s what we’d like you to have:Plumbing and heating knowledge is preferred, however not essential as full training will be provided.Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.Sales, customer service or warehouse experience.This role is Part Time, working 30 hours per week on a Fixed Term Contract starting in July 2024.Also, did we mention?
