Job description
Intrepid is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the London office who will play an active role in developing and shaping the Intrepid brand image, drive growth and wants to help us give more people the Best Travel Experience Ever.
In this role, you will support marketing and sales teams to grow our business across the EMEA region. You will be supporting with campaign execution, communicating marketing activity with sales teams and the wider business, collaborating with the industry team to support agent partners with collateral, be responsible for administration tasks such as invoicing, promo codes and T&Cs. There will also be opportunities to support with some event management and to attend events in the evening to support the sales and marketing teams. You will also support the wider sales and customer service teams in assisting customers via email, live chat and phone. As well as speaking to customers, you’ll provide general admin support while gaining a broad understanding of the Intrepid sales and marketing functions.
This is a 12-month contract, full-time position, operating out of our office in London, United Kingdom on a hybrid basis. To provide the best experience, you would be required to work from the office at least two days in the office, in line with the sales and marketing teams. This will be vital for your training and support!
A love of travel and an interest in marketing is a must have! With it you’ll bring:
Strong organisational skills to deliver multiple projects to deadline and budget

Ability to work independently and as a key team player

Excellent written and spoken English
Competency in MS Office
