Full-time 37.5 hours a week, between 9am to 5pm or part time minimum 25 hours available – one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift per month
RemoteWe’re looking for motivated customer sales and services advisors to join our Co-op Legal Services team.Here at Co-op, we’re committed to a better, different way of doing business for our customers, and in this role, you’ll make a real difference to our customers’ lives at a time when they need us most. We’ll look to you to provide valuable advice and guidance to our customers over the phone, supporting them with selecting the right service that suits their needs. - have inbound and outbound calls with people who have recently been bereaved, providing guidance related to our probate and estate administration services
- handle each call with empathy, providing complimentary services and advice to support our customers at a difficult time in their life
- answer customer queries and support them in choosing the right service for them
- deliver against individual and team targets, whilst providing excellent call quality
- book appointments for customers with our probate consultants where a need is identified
- complete related administration during and after calls with customers
This role would suit people who have:
- previous experience of helping customers make informed choices in a fast-paced environment
- the desire to work in a regulated commercial environment, responsible for delivering team and individual targets whilst providing excellent customer service
- excellent communication and listening skills – you’re able to adapt your communication style to suit your customers, giving clear and simple explanations
- good general IT skills with the ability to multi-task
- emotional resilience with the ability to be professional and empathetic even in difficult/emotional situations
