Job Title: Specification Manager (Rockfon) – IrelandLocation: We are seeking a Specification Manager to join our commercial team within Rockfon Ireland. Through our customer-oriented, dynamic and entrepreneurial team, we have a great deal of challenging and fun work assignments to support our growing business.Join us and make a difference!Your Future Team:Reporting into the National Sales Manager (IRE & NI), you will be part of a team that is responsible supporting the Rockfon growth as set by the National Sales Manager.What you will be doing:

  • Building and maintaining sustainable working relationships with clients in keeping with ROCKWOOL Group’s core values.
  • Grow the specification market in Ireland across the full range of products inclusive of the design portfolio.
  • Build and implement the strategy to promote Rockfon products in specific segments defined by the NSM. (Architectural practices, Interior Fit-out companies)
  • Working closely with Rockfon Ireland Team and Technical teams to realise potential projects with relevant stake holders.
  • Realise sales opportunity against the country budget as set out by NSM during the current period.
  • Providing information, literature and samples of Rockfon products.
  • Delivering CPD’s to customers as required to gain understanding and support for Rockfon products.
  • Represent Rockfon in professional bodies and trade fares if and when required.
  • Responding to and following up sales and technical enquiries.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of ongoing projects via the CRM system.

What you bring:

  • Proven track record providing support to commercial activity within the building/construction industry.
  • In depth specification experience in related industry.
  • Independently build relationships and networks and uses them to realise goals.
  • Good working knowledge of current building regulations.
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages and CRM Systems.
  • Capable of understanding Technical Drawings.
  • Ability to provide technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Effective and persuasive communicator.
  • Effective planner and organiser.
