With a presence in more than 50 countries and millions of customers around the world, an idea launched at OUP can have global impact.About the RoleThe Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the OE-UK schools and trade sales teams, supporting key activities, processes, and procedures to enable an increase in sales revenue.The Sales Enablement team contributes to the practical and technical aspects of the sales and marketing process, and individual tasks are varied in complexity and scope.Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Work with senior managers to support their sales and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for administration of sales enablement functions, ensuring greatest efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Review “best practice procedures” to ensure continual improvement of procedures and efficiencies.
- Responsible for the organisation of sales conferences, events, webinars, meetings, and sales training.
- Responsible for processing sales reports and data as required.
- In association with the sales enablement manager, responsible for the development of sales publicity and tools as required.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills
- Ability to prioritise workload with maximum attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Innovative and creative with a willingness to continually learn and apply best practice
- Confident in use of Microsoft Office & Teams
- Experience in or capacity to use other software programmes, CRM etc
- Experience in marketing and events (desirable)
- Knowledge of the UK Education Market (desirable)
