Job Description:OverviewAre you passionate about driving sales success and facilitating business growth? Do you have a knack for leveraging technology to enhance sales processes? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!As Sales Enablement Manager you will report into the Head of Business Operations, you will proactively source and develop strategic brand partnerships and solutions to contribute towards annual advertising sales revenue.This role involves working closely with Haymarket Media’s commercial leadership in our two main divisions selling B2B and B2C. The ideal candidate will have solid Salesforce experience, You will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking technology team which is diverse, hard working and supportive.
Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in optimising our sales processes and ensuring our sales teams have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating closely with our partner business specialising in Salesforce integration.
  • Overseeing and managing a team of two Sales Enablement specialists.
  • Driving the adoption and effective use of Salesforce, AdBook, LinkedIn Navigator, Docusign, ExpoCAD, and other sales tools.
  • Providing training and support to the sales team on best practices, new tools, and processes.
  • Analysing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights.
  • Running monthly billing and providing system support.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

  • Confident leading Salesforce implementation aligned to sales strategy, Salesforce qualifications are an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully working with sales teams to optimise sales processes and systems.
  • Experience of running monthly sales billing
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Proficiency in AdBook, LinkedIn Navigator, Docusign and other sales-related tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability make data supported decisions
  • Experience in the publishing or media industry is a plus.
