What you will be doing:
This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including developing and implementing strategies, driving continuous improvement, reporting and data analysis to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team.
- High visibility role in a dynamic sales environment working across all departments, supporting, managing and executing sales enablement strategies focused on the department’s mission statement and company goals.
- Working closely with North American Sales and Architectural teams to increase sales efficiency through developing and supporting improved sales processes utilizing a variety of sales enablement tools.
- Manages and develops our local sales stack ensuring they support strategic direction and remains current.
- Uses CRM data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and assemble necessary content to iterate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Rockfon Global Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities and areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- Gathers feedback and maintain open and effective communication channels with sales and sales leadership.

What you bring:
- Day-to-day CRM support and key user for North America, working collaboratively with our Group Operations in Europe.
- Your ability to work closely with Sales and Architectural teams by identifying and documenting CRM improvements.
- Drive the establishment and optimization of our customer data (data integrity, develop and complete regular data audits) ensuring it delivers effective insights to sales managers and senior leadership.
- Develops, documents and trains on CRM procedures, enhancements, and processes as required.
- Provide consistent high level of service to all internal customers.
- Develop training programs that improve product knowledge and selling skills utilizing local sales stack.
- Develop metrics to measure success of initiatives, ensuring accuracy of dashboards, and other internal intelligence provided to the sales organization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine the sales process and ensure it is efficient and effective.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support sales and specification teams with various reporting requirements.
- Create, manage, and drive success of additional projects, processes from start to finish as new opportunities arise.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Experienced and highly skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability on accuracy and data integrity.
- 4 Year Undergraduate Business degree
