Sytner Leicester is looking for a Sales Executive.Your roleSytner Leicester have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.As a Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £52,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.Your profileYou will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.Rewards
