Our client, a Chesham based construction specialist, is seeking an Sales Executive to join the team and promote the companies range of products. As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a dynamic and results orientated individual to join and help direct the future of a fast growing and dynamic business that is venturing into a new market.

The Offer:

Up to £40,000 base salary, depending on skills and experience plus commission

Working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and every Saturday 8am to 12pm (with a 1/2 day off in lieu)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximise revenue.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports to track progress and achievements to the Managing Team

Identify and prospect potential customers

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Close sales deals and improve our conversion rate

Grow sales in line with company targets

Develop a deep understanding of our garden room products and their features.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.

Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our products.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement of construction industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and goal oriented.
