- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), with exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience using the wider Google Suite being advantageous.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes and confidence in handling financial data.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals, with the ability to challenge and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to ensure alignment across teams.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong organisational and operational capabilities.
Responsibilities as Sales Operations Specialist
- Order Management: Process customer orders from creation to invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Invoicing and Commercial Data: Generate and manage invoices, confidently handling commercial data.
- Data Quality: Proactively maintain the integrity of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), resolving any data discrepancies.
- Reporting: Create actionable reports using Google Sheets and the wider Google Suite to support sales and operational decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth alignment of processes.
- Problem Solving: Independently identify gaps in processes or data, research solutions, and implement improvements.
Salary
