Our client based in Ashton-under-Lyne are looking to recruit for a Sales Order Administrator to start ASAP to cover a Maternity Cover.Duties include:
- Answering Calls
- Taking orders via email
- Inputting and processing orders on to the in-house systems.
- Printing out job orders and providing to the workshop for manufacture
- Preparing invoices
- Dealing with TNT Dispatch systems (Arranging deliveries, printing delivery labels etc.)
- General administration duties.
- Will be collaborating with Sage 50 (Previous experience essential).
Working Hours:
- 8.30am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday
- 6 to 9 Month Maternity cover
- Company parking and kitchen facilities
Pay Rate:
- £12.00 per hour.
