This full-time role is crucial for expanding our client’s dealer network in Edmonton, the surrounding area, and Northern Alberta.   • Opportunity to build and lead a team once established.
  • Remote position (must be based in Edmonton or nearby).
  • Base salary: $70K-$75K (total compensation with bonus exceeds $100K, negotiable based on experience).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related industry, preferably windows, doors, or building materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and a commitment to maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth mindset and a passion for identifying new business opportunities.
  • A desire to become a subject matter expert on our client’s products and innovations.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential new businesses and existing customers.
  • Actively pursue dealers, lumber yards, exterior specialists, contractors, and builders who require vinyl windows and doors for residential and light commercial projects (including apartment complexes, new builds, and renovations).
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows as needed.
  • Effectively manage your schedule to maximize productivity.
  • Travel to meet with potential clients and grow the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies within agreed timelines.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to all client requests and inquiries.
  • Represent the company as a manufacturer of high-quality products, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
