Vines of Redhill is looking for a Saturday BMW Host.Your roleAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a love for luxury cars? Join our dynamic team as a BMW Showroom Host, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, welcoming them into the world of BMW. As the face of our showroom, you’ll provide a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every visitor, ensuring their journey with us starts on a high note. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and enjoy being part of a prestigious brand, we’d love to hear from you!Salary: £4,680 per annumHours of Work: Saturdays – 9:00 – 17:00 with a 1/2-hour unpaid break for lunchWhat you will be doing:

• Be first point of contact for guests visiting the showroom
• Welcoming visitors, providing information about our services or products and guiding them to their destination.
• Performing a variety of administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure showroom standards are maintained
• Ensuring a comfortable and positive experience throughout their visit.
• Offering outstanding customer service

Your profile

• Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
• Basic computer skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
