Scheduling Administrator – Bury St Edmunds – Monday to Friday, 09:00-13:30 – Temp to Perm

Our client based in the heart of Bury St Edmunds is seeking a scheduling administrator to join their small and welcoming team on a part time basis. Reporting to the managing director, you will be working within a tight-knit team, taking responsibility for scheduling appointments and the administrative duties of the office.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Organise telephone and face to face sessions for clients and their customers
  • Confirm all details to relevant parties and uplift all relevant information onto the custom designed company database
  • Process the jobs and ensure the invoicing process runs smoothly
  • Connect multiple party telephone calls and video meetings
  • Ensure all information is obtained to facilitate payment
  • Any other duties that may be required
