Description :Summary:Manage administrative, technical, and operational aspect of providing scheduling for Krome SPC detention staff.*Please Note: This position is contingent upon a contract award. We will not be actively responding to applicants until there is a need to move forward with this position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

  • Oversee the formulation and publication of work schedules for Supervisors, Transport Officers and Detention Officers ensuring complete post coverage and minimal overtime
  • Ensure officers are scheduled for ACA and annual refresher training as part of regular schedule
  • Responsible for conducting annual shift bid per CBA
  • Ensuring vacation slots are provided in accordance with CBA
  • Ensuring sick/vacation time is properly charged and documented
  • Review daily Records of Presence for errors; notifying shift supervisors of errors and corrections needed
  • Preparing Certified Hours Report for Facility Administrator review
  • Review of daily time keeping reports prepared by shift supervisors
  • Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a detention supervisor, scheduler, or other comparable administrative experience
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record, able to drive company vehicle
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration software
  • Adept at explaining technical aspects of field work to internal and external clients verbally and in writing
  • To obtain and maintain a favorable determination from a US government background screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in business, logistics, criminal justice or other applicable field.
  • Experience with TimeTrak software.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language.

SupervisionSupervises scheduling staff within the facility.Shareholder Preference:
