Responsibilities
- Carry out and record statutory checks and help maintain Health and Safety records
- Maintain property and grounds to a high standard including liaising with contractors
- Monitor site stock and order supplies
- Lock and unlock the school and carry out security checks on the buildings and grounds
- Carry out DIY Work
- It is essential that you are a capable of regular bending, lifting and carrying of equipment, materials and furniture and able to climb ladders.
- Willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety
- The successful candidate will be required to act as a key holder.
- Good communication, interpersonal and DIY skills are essential.
To be eligible with Prospero Teaching, you must
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional caretaker related references.
