The successful candidate will deliver engaging science lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and contribute to the overall educational experience of our students.Job Summary for Science Teacher:As a Science Teacher, the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for science and a commitment to teaching. He/she will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive science lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student development. Your role will include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experienceJob Responsibilities of a Science Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons according to the curriculum.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and assessment methods.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support and guide students in their academic and personal development.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to school activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices.
Qualifications as a Science Teacher:
- Must be Experienced with QTS, QLTS or PGCE.
- A degree in a relevant science subject (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
- Strong knowledge of the science curriculum and educational standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Must have DBS (updated service) for the safeguard issue of the learners.
