The U.S. Air Force has recognized our team as providing top-quality services.You will be part of the 9th Air Force (9AF) United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT), which is the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), a joint Department of Defense combatant command responsible for U.S. security interests in 27 nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. This position supports the 9th AF Chief of Staff.In your role as SCIF Assistant Manager / Contractor Special Security Representative (CSSR) for 609 ASUS, you will,

• Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the SCIF and its equipment/services.
• Ensure compliance with DoDM 5105.21 and IC 700 series, and local security publications, using Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or other system of record to manage facility access and validate clearances of assigned and visiting personnel.
• Assist with developing and administering a robust Security, Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program, indoctrination, and network account paperwork for assigned SCIF personnel, and opening/closing the facility during normal work hours.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you need to have:

• An active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• US Citizenship
• HS Diploma or GED
• Five years’ experience in security related areas to include 2 years’ experience managing a SCIF or Special Access Program Facility (SAPF).
• Six years’ experience of military service.
• Three years’ experience in an AOC

• OR one year experience in the 9AF AFCENT/AOC.
• One year of experience as an instructor/trainer in a military organization or courseware development.
• Minimum of one year experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with DISS or Scattered Castles security management systems.
• Experience with VC Wizard EZ scheduler for Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) video teleconference scheduling.
• Experience with Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 700 series publications, and DoDM 5102.21 and 5200.1 series publications.
• Completion of Defense Security Service SCI Refresher course and Temporary SCIF training within the past five years.
• The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
