We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for managing medium to large size projects for multiple projects, including a Gen AI solution. You will lead high complexity projects and apply both agile and waterfall processes, as needed, resolve impediments, manage risks and help drive continuous improvement. This role is responsible for successfully delivering projects with various business partners and also provide guidance and leadership to members across multi-functional delivery team.What will you do?

  • Demonstrated organizational skills when managing many priorities
  • Experience with project risk management and operational risk, including working knowledge and experience of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira & Confluence).
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and particularly the proven ability to create and support delivery of clear, consistent and visually appealing messaging and content for executive audiences
  • Ability to engage in content/reporting design and implementation
  • Experience working with senior management/executives
  • Experience with project portfolio management, leading and implementing programs/projects/initiatives
  • Strong business acumen plus operational mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and build sustainable, transparent relationships / partnerships
  • Proven track record to deliver and coach/partner across a matrix organization

What do you need to succeed? Must have:

  • 3 plus years of working experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Experience with web applications and various technologies as well as user stories, project management artifacts
  • Experience working on both Agile and Waterfall projects and managing multiple projects at once
  • Scope and change management; Backlog Management, Delivery Management

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Gen AI products
  • Experience with other agile team roles such as BSA or QA
