Who you are:
CIEE is seeking a Seasonal Program Leader Network Coordinator who will play a critical role in
ensuring the success of the Global Navigator High School Summer Abroad programs by assisting with recruiting, screening, hiring, and training exceptional candidates to become outstanding Program Leaders. The Coordinator will assist the team in organizing ongoing program development opportunities, seminars and events and offer other rewards to qualified individuals. Finally, this role will assist in administrative work related to Program Leader offer letters, onboarding tasks and training materials.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard qualified applicants for the Global Navigator Program Leader position by sending out offer letters and onboarding tasks; maintain contact and update the Program Leaders
throughout hiring cycle; collaborate with Human Resources team to onboard them.
- Ensure the integrity of participant data in the database.
- Respond to questions in the shared inbox in a timely and professional manner to prepare Program Leaders for a successful summer.
- Assist with sending the schedule and updates via mail merge for the annual Program Leader training either in person or virtual, ensure the training completion both online and in-person.
- Maintain database of our active network of former Program Leaders, as well as the Program Leader referral portal.
- Work with Sales Team, Program Leaders, their networks, and all other relevant stakeholders to promote the CIEE programs, boost enrollment and ensure consistent communication with all parties.
- Use reports within Salesforce (CRM system) to manage Program Leader pipeline.
- Other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two years of professional work experience in an administrative position or human resources is strongly preferred.
- Must have the ability to plan for and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate with various audiences.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills including high-level attention to detail required.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and a self-starter who is able to
- exercise sound judgment to handle a variety of tasks.
- Advanced experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of how to mail merge and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Location Requirements:
The position is available to candidates in the United States, except for candidates residing in:
- Washington (State)
- Colorado
- California
- Jersey City, NJ
