About Chad Foster – Regional Director: Chad Foster began his journey with Modern Woodmen of America (MWA) in 2008, shortly after graduating from college, where he played football and honed his competitive edge. A natural entrepreneur from a young age, Chad’s early ventures included opening a fireworks stand with a friend during college and running a small produce business selling purple hull peas and vegetables. He also officiated sports games ranging from peewee to high school, experiences that cultivated his leadership skills and prepared him for the dynamic world of financial services.Chad is passionate about fostering a winning culture and leads by example, inspiring his team to aim high and never settle for excuses. Beyond work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Casey, their two children and black Labrador, Dallas. The family loves playing golf, tennis, or relaxing by the pool. They are also active members of their church, where they cherish the opportunity to grow together spiritually.When not working or with his family, Chad can often be found smoking brisket or ribs while cheering on the Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, or Longhorns. Qualifications:
- Life License (required or willingness to quickly reinstate/obtain)
- SIE, 6, 63, and 26 OR 7, 63, 24 (required to obtain if not active)
- Strong community connection
- Leadership skills and effective communication ability
- Strong background in sales or customer service
