Secondary Learning Mentor – BrightonLocation: Brighton
Salary: £83.85 – £90.50 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

If so, we want to hear from you!The Role:Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to join a thriving secondary school in Brighton. This role involves working closely with students who require additional support, helping them to engage in their learning and reach their full potential.You will:
- Support students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lesson materials.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, both in and outside the classroom.
- Foster students’ confidence, resilience, and independence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
