This role is perfect for experienced teachers, ECTs, or qualified instructors looking to work flexibly, gain varied classroom experience, and make a positive impact on students.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and engage students in productive learning during the absence of their regular teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to foster a positive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups as required
• Support students’ learning and development across a variety of subjects

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience in secondary school settings (ECTs and instructors are welcome to apply)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
