Job description: £24,559 (+ 20% night shift uplift) per annum
£12.11 per hour
Hours: 39 hours
Standard Work Pattern: 4 on 4 off (19:00-07:00 or 18:00-06:00)
Location: Bottle Yard Studios
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in security operations.
Foster strong client relationships by understanding their unique security needs and providing customized solutions.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes you being able to supply a full 5-year work/education history.
- Effective communication for interactions with staff and customers.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- A full driving licence will be required for this role.
- Ability to organise own workloads and work flexibly to respond to situations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations
- Understanding of security protocols, industry best practices, and relevant legislation.
DESIRABLE:
Previous mobile response/static work experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Understanding of the services available to clients, provided by BWS.
Experience of providing high profile customer service, for example of film sets
A Valid SIA License – Frontline Door Supervisor
NVQ 3 in management or equivalent or be able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of Security Service.
