The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests. We are a dedicated team, protecting our Nation’s most valuable information.As a Security Representative Senior supporting the F-22 and F-35 Programs, you will:
- Protect some of the United States’ most
valuable classified information.
- Develop creative solutions to meeting national
security requirements, ensuring that we remain
in compliance with our customers’ expectations and contractual guidance
- Be flexible and creative, applying requirements
in a way that enables our team to solve our
customers’ most difficult challenges
- Implement cost effective and value-added
security solutions that fortify and protect our
nation’s emerging technologies

- U.S. Citizenship
- Experience with DoD SAPs
- Experience with DoD Manuals 5205.07, Volumes 1-4
- Possess a Secret security clearance, current within
the last 6 years and be able to maintain SAP access.Desired skillsThe right candidate will:
- Have experience in DoD Special Programs, Personnel Security, and Security Education and Training.
- Have experience with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705
- Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
- Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
