Job Description:Security TechnicianLocation: Bracknell (BRA01)We are looking for a Security Technician to provide 24x7x365 support for sensor and network technologies. Your role will be responsible for monitoring, triage, fault rectification, and day-to-day management of the SOC’s security enforcing devices both in and outside normal working hours. This involves detecting and responding to faults, liaising with field engineers for hardware faults, and escalating major incidents.Your Transferable skills and experience:

  • Experience of service operations.
  • Understanding of network technologies such as switches and routers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with people and teams across the organisation to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience of event or infrastructure monitoring.
