The setting is centred on creating a safe environment that fosters personal development for students.The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this short-term role, with the potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right SEMH Learning Support Assistant. The successful SEMH Learning Support Assistant will bring a unique skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the students individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.The position involves working with students aged 11-18 who are at risk or have experienced exploitation.
