  • Delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students with a range of SEMH needs.
  • Implementing creative and personalised learning strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel safe and valued.
  • Collaborating closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support for each student.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, implementing interventions as required.

  • You are a qualified teacher holding QTS (mandatory).
  • You have proven experience teaching Maths to students with SEMH needs.
  • You demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges faced by SEMH students and are skilled in implementing strategies to support their well-being and academic success.
  • You possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • You are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.
