  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEMH or SEN
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Special Education or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning environments and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced child only DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
