This full-time role starts ASAP and offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in student’s lives.Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with students with SEMH, primary, or EYFS backgrounds is advantageous.
- A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Team Teach certification (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
- Assist in creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups to help students access the curriculum effectively.
- Support students with behaviour management strategies, promoting positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies to develop and implement individual support plans.
