If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Our client, a dynamic and dedicated SEND school in Havant, is seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their hard-working team. - Experience: Previous experience working with SEMH students is essential.
- DBS: Must have an active DBS on the update service.
- Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a positive attitude are key to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEMH difficulties in their educational journey.
- Working alongside teachers to develop and implement individual learning plans.
- Providing emotional and social support to students, helping them develop coping strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress and behavior.
