Salary: £30,060 – £37,440Do you have a passion for teaching mathematics in a nurturing, child-focused environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team. This role allows you to work with small class sizes, capped at 12 students, enabling you to create personalised and impactful learning experiences.Our students face a range of challenges, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We believe in a ‘can’t do yet’ approach, encouraging resilience and growth. As part of our trauma-informed school, you’ll receive in-depth therapeutic training and support, preparing you to meet the unique needs of our students.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive Maths curriculum, including Entry Level, Functional Skills, GCSE, and Key Stage 3.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students to motivate and engage them.
  • Work collaboratively with educational and therapy professionals, parents/carers, and local authorities to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Contribute to both the academic curriculum and extra-curricular activities as part of a dynamic team.
