Step Teachers are currently working with an excellent school within the Exeter area for a SEN TA to cover a long-term position. We also offer competitive rates and amazing perks!

Role:

Provide one-on-one or within small groups

Assist with classroom management and create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere

Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities

Help maintain a clean and organised learning environment

Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young children, especially in an educational setting, is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

Willingness to collaborate with teachers and support staff

A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
