Contract: Permanent/Full Time

The ideal candidate will engage and inspire students while supporting their ambitions.About You:
- Qualifications: Hold QTS/QTLS.
- Experience: Experience in a school environment, particularly in secondary education, is advantageous.
- Skills: Ability to engage learners, bring fresh ideas, and provide emotional support to make a positive impact.
- Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and experience working with students with special needs.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for effective decision-making and addressing challenges.
- Communication: Professional communication skills with students and staff.
- Promotion of Values: Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, and British values.
- Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
