🔹 Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
🔹 Work closely with TAs, therapists, and parents to support each child’s development
🔹 Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
🔹 Contribute to EHCP planning and reviewsAbout You:✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – experience in SEN or a passion for working with children with additional needs
✅ A patient, empathetic, and resilient teaching approach
✅ Ability to differentiate lessons to support a range of needs
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
