You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities within your classroom. Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals, you will develop personalised learning plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure each student reaches their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic and personal development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and procedures.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Dedication to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and equality in education.
